Remember there was a long wait after the Greymoor PTS cycle before ZOS loaded NA character copies for Stonethorn.
Given the Holidays are coming up very soon, it might be late January before the new dungeon pack is out on PTS (and ZOS gets to character copies).
Prepare for the worst but hope for the best.0 -
cyberjanet✭✭✭✭✭It seems to me that EU comes on two weeks before an update. Other than that it's NA all the way. The appearance of EU usually means it's about to go live.
