Wy wife is getting similar errors trying to respond to her ticket as well!

Not only have I been waiting for a simple fix of my lvl 5 alt who was auto-assigned a home campaign (yes, he's only lvl 5!), now I can't tell them the problem is NOT resolved because my emails to them keep getting bounced back.

GREEAAAT customer service, Zenimax, greeeeat.

spamhaus.org/ is a free/paid for anti-spam list that a lot of people use.

mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx will let you know if your domain is on any blacklists.

It looks like someone blacklisted ZOS, mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a199.250.132.186&run=toolpage.

Wow ZoS, people are vindictive. Perhaps if you communicated more.
