How to clear stage 4 in VBRP

How do you clear this stage the recycled bosses and ads aren’t an issue but there seems to be this OP boss in there that cause you to crash,lag and freeze. We have tried burning it using barrier even shield barrier and nothing works any tips would be appreciated
