We’d like to give you an update on our plans for the next incremental patch. We recognize the most recently published patch for PC and consoles did not fix all the active game crashes you’ve been experiencing since Update 28 was released, and we’ve been hard at work identifying these crashes and working on getting them fixed.
In an effort to get this patch out to everyone as quickly as possible, we are currently targeting December 7 for the next PC patch and December 9 for consoles. This patch will include fixes for some of the more prevalent game crashes - including those currently being experienced in dungeons and Trials - some console-specific crash fixes, refunds for missing skill points for PC players, and a few additional fixes. Note that we do still plan to start the Undaunted Event this Thursday, December 3.
All patches are currently in certification; in the event plans change, we’ll let you know as soon as we can. We appreciate your continued patience.

Take it for what it's worth.
Also, you should be trying to NOT take the game too seriously imo.

If the game is still borked next week my ESO+ will be cancelled and I'll spend the new year playing Cyberpunk until things get fixed.
Just came back from a 2 year hiatus actually hyped up about doing the events and getting back into a routine but by his puts such a damper on playing. I’ve spent countless hours and money in this game and I wouldn’t take it back id just like to continue enjoying my experience within the game without obtaining NEW bugs that wasn’t here when I left.

No offense, but that is not for you to determine. For some people a video game is their hobby or favorite past time and it is up to them to determine how seriously they take it.

In the same sense it can be argued that what ZOS takes seriously is not for people who post on a forum to determine. Just because someone does not fix something in an acceptable time frame does not directly translate to how seriously they take the problem. I'm no fan of the performance issues, but neither am I a fan of opinions in the absence of knowledge being considered as fact. Having an opinion is fine, but unless we are employed by ZOS and are part of the decision making process, none of us "seriously" know what we're talking about.
It's the last 6years plus of performance issues, poor communication, & rushed game breaking content releases that translates how serious ZOS takes these problems.

You will discover as many of us have in the last few months they will delete or 3 day ban you for 'bashing' if you dont claim ZOS performs at above industry standard----even with readily apparent contrary evidence in PvP and PvE .....This makes giving feedback tricky- somehow point to obvious failures and try to word them to be seen by the hyper-sensitive employees there as 'simply a small step below perfect' rather than the obvious failures they are.

No offense taken. It was just my opinion anyway, as I stated.
I will give you another gem. If you take this game seriously you are in for some serious disappointment.
I'm my opinion of course. Your call.
