While I had lag spikes, I didn't have to much trouble in dungeons. PvP on the other was much worse then normal, even when it wasn't pop locked. It seems to me, that server resources were diverted from PvP and added to dungeons. During midyear mayhem ZOS did add server resources (from somewhere) to PvP to help, now it seems they have taken a lot from PvP.
Going well so far! I’ve done three dungeons so far (SC1, FG1 and WS1 all on normal) through group finder without any problems for anyone in the group as far as I know (no dc’s for sure).
I would not say all content is unplayable (although some is), but it's definitely annoying and frustrating and has caused me to spend more time here, than in game. LOL
crashed 3 times in one dungeon last night but I was with a few guildies so they waited...still frustrating but I'm trying to roll with it like the rest of us. Fingers crossed they hotfix this for good next week .
Not had issues, one random with an 4 man group then 5 there we ported directly.
Two crashes in group on, vVoM and nICP but that is not related to the event but the Reach bugfeast.
I can only speak to my personal experience, but the event has been flawless for me.
Had the issue awhile back with the hotfix that prevented me from queuing period, but they fixed it (for me) about a week ago. Since then, I've never had a dungeon queue issue, or dungeon crash since (outside the known Lich issues in WW2, etc.)
I have 13 toons at the moment, and I ran all 13 through the DF queue yesterday and today (a couple grouped with guild mates, but the rest just using the PUG.)
All 26 runs were flawless without a hitch.
Again, only speaking my own personal experience here ... Maybe the random ghosts out there are smiling at me right now.

GF isn't working for me, and atm we're stuck at 'Ready Check'
I've found that if your queue goes more than a minute, or you get stuck at ready check, leaving the queue and re-joining usually solves these issues and you get your pop right away. Key word.... usually...
Youre probably not playing ps4 EU . I have been playing more than 4 years and seen bad game performance here . But never seen it this unplayable. Lowest amount of group crashes today during 1 vet run was 16. Even solo content is mostly unplayable . vVH was a combination of crashes , lag , missing weapons and missing weapon animations. Great idea to do 2 event events when perfermance is at an all time low !!!Guess only playable thing is fishing atm.
PS4 NA, did 9 dungeons last night; 7 normal randoms and 2 pledges. GF worked fine (actually more quickly than normal), only one person froze (FG@) but we killed the boss and then he reloaded. That was the only problem in all of those dungeons.
Took literally 5 seconds in my first dungeon to crash to PS blue screen. Then got the "account already signed in" three times and by the time I got back first boss is already dead and I can't get credit for the run.
I don't know who the genius was that thought now would be a good time to do free play on all platforms but they should be fired. Makes the event worse for current players and new comers will experience a broken game and never come back.
I remember the last time I tried running 4-person dungeons when they were prone to random lag spikes. This time, honestly, isn't as bad as I remember it being that time. Plus, I got some serious entertainment from one of the "I'm gonna run, run, run" people falling to their deaths off a cliff. Not just once, but twice. After the second time they learned their lesson. Even more hilariously, that was the party healer.
