Toon stuck in house - getting no help - HELP PLS

28Nov I posted in xbox tech help section that my toon was stuck in Lunar Hall.
Managed to log in 24 hours later and get it out.
Now I've have a System Memory Full and crash to xbox home screen, can't get back in.
Loading screen freezes and I get kicked back to xbox home after a few tries I get Error 307 Booted from server.
So now my toon is stuck in Amaya Lake Lodge.
This is my main and crafting toon and I jeed it.
1. What the hell is going on
2. How do i fix it

Sent a ticket in on 28th but we all know how that goes...

I can load in on any of my other 8 toons but consistently on my main the ouriborous loading circle is constantly jagged in its rotation where as on my other toons its pretty much a smooth rotation with the odd jagged movement.

On my main this circle is always jagged and freezes far more than my other toons.

What do I do?

You must write a ticket again about character relocation on the website. From game they answer slower. I had this once. Stuck in a place which i cannot recall but it was thanks to an update. They did answer immedietly and relocated my character. (back then. Now there is a virus and they are slowpokes)

I'm busy reinstalling the game.... 11 hours to go 😭

I will be writing ticket after ticket once I am back in if I still can't get to my main.

They will either ban me or help me. I need my crafter.

Funny, my yearly subscription runs out end of December 🤔

As i said. You must doit through the website. Earlier the better

No problem.
I will definately do that and appreciate the advice...

It's a very very frustrating situation.

Incredibly confused as to why its only my main Toon, all my others are fine.
Wondered if maybe the save is too fragmented?
Not sure how ESO saves toons but I'm hoping that a full reinstall helps...

I'm not holding my breath though.

Had same problem

Here is what you need to do

When/if you start getting infinite load screens because you logged out of your primary residence try these two steps even before bothering with a support ticket or the troubleshooting guide.

1. Temporarily lower your graphic setting
2. Take an alt toon in your residence your stuck in and start removing items. Keep testing ...the 1st time i only had to remove approx 10-15 items the second time it took approx. 50+

201128-004221 is my ticket number.

I have done a full reinstall of the game and still cannot access my main.

After it getting stuck in Hall of Lunar Champions, I've been logging out with my toons out of their houses, this time though I crashed with my toon still inside a house and upon logging back in found I now could not access my main in Amaya Lake Lodge.

That is possibly why I managed to originally get my toon out of Lunar Champions because I went in on another to take the items I needed.

I'm the Lunar Champions I'm sitting on 400 out of my 700 limit but I will say in Amaya Lake Lodge I'm very nearly at my limit.

I will do this again and see if that help and thanks for the advice and also the link.

There is nothing worse than wanting to lay and sitting in front of your screen for an hour trying to log in to a game you sub to.

Leaves a very bitter taste in one's mouth.

@fakingfocused Well I did what you said. I logged in on my healer, removed 21 items and took them to another house and I have managed to get in, now to just hope I don't crash again and try and keep my main out of any house just in case.

Thank you so so much for the advice. I was beginning to think I would miss the undaunted event.

I genuinely am grateful, this was a huge concern for me.

@TheWoanderer your welcome!! I remember the feeling of such panic so I try my best to pass the word along so people can get back to the action ASAP.

Its a shame but I make it a point to never log out when in my main residence a huge inconvenience but worth not getting perpetually stuck.
