I will do solo PvE (overland, questing, etc.) BUT want to do normal (non-Veteran) dungeon/trial (possibly solo or be in a group)

2) Can I use the dungeon/trial PvE as a build for solo and vice versa?
3) Should I worry about the specific number of CP allocated?
I guess is it okay to mix and match?

the only things that will differ from standard PvE builds vs. solo, is for solo you will need better sustain and more pen than in a group where you'd get shards/orbs and pen from the tank. and yeah, self-heals/survivability- but that's really only a problem in vet, and even then, only in more difficult content like DLC dungs.
