Game keeps booting me-- probably an old problem, but new to me

I keep getting booted from the game with an error message that simply reads "an error has occurred, please wait a few minutes before logging in again" or something to that extent.
I'm about 99.99999999999999% sure it's mot me, or my Internet connection. There may have been a patch that failed to install properly, but for the life of me, I can't find a problem with it.
Maybe I'm just missing something obvious that will help with this?

Intel I5-3570k
8gb ram
nvidiaGTX570
64bit Windows7

If I select anyone it requests the character load, goes to the loading screen, starts up and then freezes (the Ring on the bottom right stops spinning) and I get "Error: An error has occurred, Please wait a few minutes before logging again." No Error code or anything. XXionaSoul ShrivenI have this same problem. I can't stay logged into the game more than 10-15 minutes at a time without getting booted. I submitted a ticket to ESO and they are trying to troubleshoot the problem. I have a beast of a desktop machine and a good cable connection. I have no problem on my crappy laptop while working on the road. Probably something on my desktop. Will update once it's figured out.0
