Game keeps booting me-- probably an old problem, but new to me

I keep getting booted from the game with an error message that simply reads "an error has occurred, please wait a few minutes before logging in again" or something to that extent.

I'm about 99.99999999999999% sure it's mot me, or my Internet connection. There may have been a patch that failed to install properly, but for the life of me, I can't find a problem with it.

Maybe I'm just missing something obvious that will help with this?

8gb ram

same here i get to character screen hit log in and gives me an error has occurred, please wait a few minutes before logging again.

Can't log into any of my three characters. If I select anyone it requests the character load, goes to the loading screen, starts up and then freezes (the Ring on the bottom right stops spinning) and I get "Error: An error has occurred, Please wait a few minutes before logging again." No Error code or anything. Started about an hour ago when I logged out in Coldharbour.

I have this same problem. I can't stay logged into the game more than 10-15 minutes at a time without getting booted. I submitted a ticket to ESO and they are trying to troubleshoot the problem. I have a beast of a desktop machine and a good cable connection. I have no problem on my crappy laptop while working on the road. Probably something on my desktop. Will update once it's figured out.

Ive had this problem since server start. good luck, you will need it.

BTW im still waiting for a fix
