What do i do when i keep crashing trying to log into main character.
Every time i try to log in with main character it crashed and i get a blue screen. sent in reports and submitted a ticket. Sadly no success. Also tried deleting saved data and reinstalled twice. Any thoughts?

Were you able to get the character back ? I am a little worried that character is my main crafter. ugh!0

I had the same and support fixed it for me by moving mi character to a different location.
I also had to reinstall game.
In fact they fixed it quite quickly. I posted my request in game and not via this forum.

that's good to hear, thank you. I have been asking for a week for them to move the character but i keep getting told to power cycle. ha ha ha
even called playstation today . not their proplem0 -

✭Submit a support ticket. My characters keep on doing such in Reaper's March, and I submitted tickets each time for the good folks at the ZOS land for the rescue. Didn't take too long; about a day or so. Thank you for that, ZOS folks.0 -
