    Oh well I have never had that problem. Just submit a ticket saying you want a refund. If that does not work and you used a credit card (or something that allows refunds) you can contact them.

    Past few weeks off? I'm very confused. I've been on every day since early access started... yes I know I have no life: P I work on the road currently 12 hours from wife so shh

    Past few weeks off the game has been rubbish to him in his own opinion, if you seek a refund TC contact customer support by making a ticket on the official website or look for the contact us link to locate a phone number to call them on.

    Before send a ticket proof read it hell even use google a little to ensure spelling isn't too far off.

    I think a refund is in order. Its like when you need to get a refund in the buss because it stops all the time to pick ppl up. If they werent there you could have gone home faster and therefore you deserve a full refund.
