Small freeze when opening the Achievements tab

This has been happening for a while now, even before markath, press J to see quests and other stuff is fine, when clicking for the first time on "Achievements" it freezes hard for about 3-5 seconds, after the first time it's not so bad (1 second or even less).

✭✭Happens with books etc, too - pretty much the same as the xp slow down bug that was apparently fixed a while ago.
