Yes, the forum is a bit cumbersome, but I would not classify it as the worst I have ever encountered. Cause I have seen some real stinkers. However the mods have said that there are forum improvements in the works. However, I would think that you would agree that fixing the problems in game trump forum functionality.

Yes to all of your issues. The game is beautiful and I love many things. However:

1. The bugs (quests, lagging, not being able to send tells occasionally, crashing, and on and on) are just terrible. Not to mention my bag slots disappeared along with whatever loot may have been there.

2. They let the loot exploit go on way, way too long. They knew about it during beta and did not take action.

3. I called customer service to get my User ID changed, and I was disconnected four times. When I finally DID get an employee he was very clueless. He kept humming, singing things like "la la la la la la" (I'm not joking!), mumbling and telling me he didn't know why his computer wouldn't bring up my information. I actually wondered if it was a phony phone number. It wasn't. He put me on hold, and of course I got disconnected. Next person I got was better. But really?

4. And finally this forum. It is very unprofessional and drab in the way it looks, and the categories are confusing and messy.

Come on, you guys can do better then this!

I have to agree about the forums, I don't think ive ever seen a forum lay out this bad before.

But the bugs in the game are nothing new to mmos and don't bother me that much as long as they get fixed.

The beta forum was much better.

It is not the worst forum i have encountered but nontheless i have agreed with thesanealien because when i first visited this forum(after over 1 year of having no official ESO-Forum at all except for those who were able to join the permanent testing server) i was disappointed in the forum design and personal optimization as well. Yet i use it because it serves it`s purpose as a platform to exchange knowledge as well as to socialize and that is all that matters

I have to agree ...I have no idea where to post things on the forums because of the different options on the right side of the forums "Categories"?

It's a bit...brown...ish...

Also, multilingual, which is a good thing! Just, you know, not all together at once, or it looks kinda like...well, this.

Bethesda doesn't have anything to do with these forums. They are all part of ZOS website. Beth has there own site, a lot better one at that, with a link to this one.
