Root-Whisper Dailies "Offerings that Hide" Question

I just got access to the Root-Whisper dailies and the first one I received, "Offerings That Hide", instructed me to return to Xul-Thuxis and collect three artifacts. The map marker points me to a door in Root-Whisper that leads to Murkmire. Then it points me to the area where the Lakemire Xanmeer is. Then it points to the exterior door to Xul-Thuxis, but the way is blocked by rocks and cliffs. I try the interior door to Xul-Thuxis inside Root-Whisper village, but the way back is also blocked by the drop-down into Whiptail's room. How do I get back into Xul-Thuxis? I'm sure it's something obvious I'm missing but the map markers don't seem to point to the right places.

To get to these items you need to back track all the way through the dead swamp that you went through in your last or was it second to last main quest. Enter the snake/dead temple and wind your way through. Don't forget that one room has the exit door kind of hidden on an upper ledge (to the left as you walk in).

If you keep going, you will find the area to collect these items.

If you get to the Xanmeer House entrance, turn your back on it and go left to find the entrance.
You will encounter a number of Blackguards on your way to it.

And its now Feb 2020...still not fixed. I have completed Murkmire on one toon and swear I will never go back due to the crappy map layout, lack of wayshrines, and THIS.

I had this daily the other week, and it drove me mad. I finally looked up the answer online and was able to complete the job. At first I was thinking it was a bug, but now I don't think so. I think the only way they could possibly improve it-- not "fix" it, since it isn't a bug per se, but at least make it less confusing-- would be to put quest markers at certain partway points to help guide you in the direction you need to be going. Like, once you leave the village and exit back to Murkmire in the tunnel, you get a marker at the entrance to the Deep Mire (name?). And once you enter the Deep Mire the marker moves to the entrance to the area where the Blackguards are. And once you enter that area then the marker moves to the entrance of the building.

Murkmire is a terrible zone when it comes to quest markers. They are all over the place. And the delve daily quest markers fade out if you are not very close.

I won't be doing the delve daily quests outside of the event.

make your way to the Xanmeer house, jump off the ledge heading east you will find the dungeon. Its not clear thats for sure.

You do not need to own the house. Just go outside of it.
