LOL, you have an delve quest far north in Greenshade, you find an note and gather some ingredients in delve.He's not Nariyu or some kind of khajiit, so no. I would 100% wanna see a quest where he gets turned into an alfiq however...
You then goes to an Khajiit bar in the south west town, here is an Dunmer who want to be an Khajiit.

The fact that on PC EU, she's been selling stuff for a guild called "Khajiit Skooma Dealers" has been a constant source of joy for me for awhile. It's just the perfect match of guild and trader.

I don't remember talking to him at all and would not have known he otherwise existed in the game world. Are you telling me all the house guests have some history? Historian Phaedre? Go figure. I'm a PvPer who is in a housing guild and currently going to hugely enjoyable house tours every week. I made a parkour house myself. Yet I loathe questing in this game. When an NPC speaks, I pull out the metaphorical cross and holy water. Keep that thing away from me! I'm just not ZOS' demographic for this. On some level I appreciate that the backdrop of the NPC population is part of the landscape and the game would feel much emptier without them. At the same time I seem to have outgrown them.0 -

Surprisingly he does talk if I stand him on top of a fire... But at the end of the day, I just set him down at my table along with my other house guests. ✭Some have commented that objecting to that prince is an expression of cancel culture.
In the game that character grows as he considers the rashness of his earlier actions.
But he's never interesting. Well...I never found him interesting. He gets locked into an endless loop of contrite.
Boring
There's an old saying, "They fight over an empty box."
And that's what this feels like. As the player who posted his dystopian scenario up topic best put it, there are large and saddening issues with the game right now, no matter if your thing is Trials or Cyrodiil.
The issue with the prince, the price of the prince, all that feels rather small. Sorry I brought it up.1
