Unable to complete Namira's Perversions WB

Hi- I got the daily over in Markarth from Gwenyfe; "Namira's Perversions". World Boss- Voidmother Elgroalif dies & I get credit for this but the quest does not complete saying I still need to "stop the ritual", although I rescued the captives & killed the boss....

I see there's actually a forum discussions about this from around Nov 3rd? Maybe ZOS should turn off this quest until it's fixed or something seeing as it's Nov 14th now? I think I'm just going to abandon it for now.

Also- I got a blue screen of death (PS4) during the WB fight.

Same. I killed the boss with people and nothing. Then someone said in zone chat not to kill the boss because she has to summon something so we sat there for like 10 minutes killing adds and nothing. Then at some other point someone said they would taunt the boss away and reset the boss and everything should play out as normal. Someone did this and nothing happened. This dumb quest has been in my queue for days with no way to complete it. Not sure what to do.

DITTO! I am so sick of being unable to complete this quest. PLEASE FIX IT SO THE MECHANICS WORK or make it a boss kill event.

I saw there was a patch downloaded today on my PS4 and thought maybe they fixed this quest but nope. So either it's bugged or there is some extremely cryptic mechanic to get this quest to update to the next step.

People were still yelling in zone chat not to kill the boss so it looks like I'm not the only one and it seems the boss has to stay alive for an obscene and unrealistic amount of time, greater than ten minutes at least. Even when everyone was on the same page, accidental shots, miscast AOEs and dumb pets seem to kill it slowly over time.

When I have returned periodically over the course of several days no one seems to gain anymore insight on how to complete this quest since launch. I watched a Youtube video where someone successfully completed it and every time I go we end up at some point doing everything in the video to a T and still nothing updates the quest on my end. Not a good quest if it is working as intended, which I fear may be the case since today's patch didn't fix it.

Anyone that has done this quest and completed it successfully could you please post in detail what you did??? Killing boss, not killing boss, taunting boss away to reset it all do "not " work.

On PC NA (before this morning's PC patch) the method was pretty reliable.

1. World Boss spawns, but she's untargetable at first. Comes with a few adds.
2. Kill the initial adds until WB becomes targetable.
3. One player taunts the WB and kites her down the hill. This is where a lot of other players tend to start attacking her and potentially preventing her from following the kiter. If she stays and fights, you won't get credit.
4. If the kiter succeeds in getting her to follow far enough away from her spawn location, she 'despawns' *poof*
5. The WB then starts over as if at step 1. She's untargetable and comes with a few adds.
6. This time though, it magically works. Kill the adds, then kill the WB.

Yeah, it doesn't seem to work on console either. Someone at one point taunted her and kited her far down the hill and I watcher her reset, health replenished and all, and nothing happened after we killed her. Hopefully ZoS realizes this. I sent them a ticket.
