Atacks stacking up on each other after the update

So everyone know the bug that broke weaving at range but I've noticed on my melee characters 2 things: First is that weaving in melee, specially wrecking blow, got a tiny bit easier and fluid, almost unoticeable. The second is the issue I'm not seeing people adressing, which is now sometimes skills and the light atacks weaving are stacking on each other, just like as if you lagged and burst everything on one go, now I know its not lag because everyone else and the mobs move and do their thing normaly while im stuck, if it was a latency issue everything would stop at the same time my atacks stopped. You can still do your rotation, but the animation wont play after a small delay (enough for 3 skills burst) like everything is in queie in the server, kinda like if you Light atack + skill + synergy weave it ends in the animation getting abit wonky because of all the actions taken per minute.

    I've seen that an awful lot with crystal frags. It's a slightly clunky skill to weave anyway but since the patch I'll regularly see no frags go off for a couple of seconds and then several hit almost on top of each other. And I'm not on about the instant cast proc either, just a series of normal hard cast frags.

    Degeneration and Daedric Prey cause this to happen 100% of the time.

    I was noticing some wonkiness with Crushing Shock as well. There seemed to be a delay to it firing almost like it was either firing after the light attack made contact with the target or like it was firing at the end of the GCD instead of the beginning. I couldn't really tell which.

    Also ranged targeting in general feels really bad. I can be pointing at a target and it seems like there is a delay from my pointing and registering that I can use a targeted skill.

    When I switch to melee skills it all seems to behave more normally, so maybe the system is just handling "point blank range" a little better?

    I noticed this as well. The further away, the worse it is.

    Both sound like the re-emergence of old bugs; which is pretty standard from ZoS each dlc

    The weaving part doesn't feel like anything I have ever experienced before. It feels more like staff light attacks and some skills are sharing a cool down.

    Oh yeah macro slice is back in a big way.
    Sometimes I cast db and I only see the animation a good 5-6 seconds after.

    Weaving Pulsar has given me a variety of effects including; Raising your staff up at light speed, Pulsar Noise overlaps, All pulsars appear at the same time, Enemies just falling over.

    seen that on my stampy a lot. makes it hard to tell if i'm weaving biting right.
