Insta-death grapple in Vateshran Hollows bug

This has happened three times now (PCNA), it's always on this grapple pole: from the lower rock going to the Minotaur boss' platform. You get pulled up and instantly wipe when landing on the platform. It's very frustrating for no-death runs, please address this @ZOS_BrianWheeler @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom.

It seems that it doesn't matter which grappling pole is used to go up to the boss platform, I used the left one and I still insta-wiped:

That grapple mechanic is just so buggy. It is really unfortunate that they made it such an important part of this fight/arena.

It was a little cool in Unhallowed Grave, but should have stayed there IMO. It is just not a reliable mechanic.

I've had the same kind of bug during the last boss fight, although that's probably more along the lines of the game not realizing where I am once I do it.
I grapple to one of the floating island's posts before the boss does her big AOE explosion, but I just die instantly when I land on the floating island before the main island's AOE finishes filling and explodes and there's no AOE on the floating island yet.

Has anyone figured out a fix for this? I have tried everything resetting the arena sometimes it works but most of the time I insta die and have to start over.

Have you tried standing still for 1-2 seconds after teleporting?

It helped me with most of those grapple bugs. So now I click to use it, then take a deep breath, then I move.

This happened to me as well, I don't know if it's a desync problem, but I grapped to the next (safe) island, and landed there dead. And this is not the only bug there: another one got carried from the PTS where if you grapple and fall low but get pulled up successfully, you land dead on the platform, and this happens with all grapples in the wing, not just in the boss room.

I haven't figured out a way but there might be a correlation with the remnant orbs that spawn on the rock before the boss platform: every single time I died to the insta-wipe grapple, I had taken the orbs that spawn on the lower rock (there's one just before the rock, and one when you turn right, at the back). On my successful attempt, there was a green orb, but I didn't take it, and I didn't die due to grappling. It's probably a coincidence, but it worked that time, though I haven't tried afterwards.

I noticed this when I tried to grapple to the next post before landing from the previous one. It seems to add the falling height from the original grapple to the falling height on the second grapple, making it far enough to kill you. Make sure to allow yourself time to land and stand up fully before attempting to grapple again.

Same problem here.
I cannot even make count on how many times I had to reset the instance because of this death.
Please, fix this game urgently!

The bug is still happening after today's patch maintenance. This is a screenshot from a guildmate (used with their permission), who ran the arena today, and died instantly from the grapple right before the magicka essence.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_BrianWheeler @ZOS_Finn could we please get an aknowledgment on whether the devs are aware of this, and whether it's being investigated?
