Bound Armor Not Showing Armor Value Increase in PvP

I have noticed that the sorcerer ability Bound Armor in the summoning skill line is not showing an increase in armor value during PvP. The armor visible is reflected on the character avatar and shows in the active effects but the armor value remains unchanged on the character sheet.
I am trying to find out if this is just a display problem on the character sheet or if the Bound Armor is not working correctly in PvP.

I am sorry you are having this issue, and apologize for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, getting bumped down is what automatically happens when you enter Cyrodiil to keep pvp players on a fair level. This has nothing to do with you not being level 50. If you think about it, the Ebonheart Pact controls the largest area of Tamriel's landmass out of the three alliances.You are more powerful than you think , even with armor at 700. You are an intimidating race! Sorcerers are armed with the thickest armor and you possess more spell points than any other mage class. On top of all that, your 3 levels away from level 50! Yepp, I noticed. Be confident and remember, We are as one!

I bug reported it a while back. It, basically, makes quite a few skills utterly useless in PvP.0
