I have requested to recover my ESO account over a week ago with no response to the email on file. Unfortunately, as I am attempting to recover an account, I am unable to view the status of the tickets since I didn't have an account to log on and create. It is for the ESO Username "Minuvas". I don't recall the trouble ticket # as nothing is sent to my email and I failed on my end to save it.d I can't lookup the information. I am willing to provide whatever supporting information to help find the trouble ticket, or re-submit the account recovery process.
