Getting logged out frequently because of "Excessive Message Spam" when playing PvE on Necromancer

When I play PvE content (Dungeons, Trials, ...) on my Stamina Necromancer, I frequently get thrown out for excessive message spamming, even though I just run my normal rotation, doing nothing special or different compared to other characters. I do not crash on other characters.
This makes Necro basically unplayable for me in challenging content because I keep crashing at least twice in longer encounters.

Pearly✭✭✭I have also run into this issue on many characters. They were all Wardens that I was levelling on an account and doing Skyreach runs, and it would almost always happen when I was crouching outside of the chest room. I would just be standing still and I would get kicked and receive this error message.0
