Finally obtained the Order-Etched Galary Rail lead from the Bad Man's Hallow Public Dungeon, scryed it, excavated the item. After that I obtained the Pale Order's Golden Band lead from the Arkthzand Carverns, the last item I needed for this ring. So I excavated the item and expected to have all the items to get the Ring of the Pale Order. But the Order-Etched galary rail had disappeared from my obtained items. This is really disturbing that items just can disappear like that. :/

    This happened to me too! So I went back to the public dungeon farmed for hours and got nothing. I'm afraid its bugged like https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/551333/pale-orders-golden-band-ring-lead-is-bugged-after-you-complete-the-ring#latest since I already got the lead once.

    I did the same as you did but then for 5 hours total now, no new lead so it seems to be bugged for us. I hope more reports will come on this issue as so far Customer Support did not respond to my ticket.

    The only way I got a response was by pinging them on twitter with the video. I'd say since it seems like the devs aren't really paying attention, the best places to put it would be Twitter/Reddit because it really feels like there's nothing being acknowledged here about either bug.

    Thanks for the effort to get attention to this bug. I started to make screenshots after the fact in case I would find and scry a lead, excavate the antiquity and then see it been removed from my antiquities once more. So far I can't even obtain the lead again and a 5 hour long video to proof this seems not the way to go even if I uploaded it playing at 10x the normal speed. :D

    Anytime! I threw it into this thread here, hoping people will gather more info since there seems to not be many who're trying to get the ring a second time or encountering it so hopefully everything in there will gain traction.

    ok after farming off and on for days finally got the lead again thank G_d and this time got the ring thank G_d so at least I know its now possible. the glitch still needs to be fixed though something excavated should stay excavated!

    Just wanted to say that contrary to popular belief, I was able to get the Ring of the Pale Order lead from Skitterflame, not from the trash packs. So go ahead and farm the bosses in that dungeon!
