Pressing X to leave a dungeon/trial after disbanding isn't working

After my groups disband I am pressing X, holding X, clicking the prompt, etc. but nothing happens right away. There are sometimes where it will work like 20 seconds after I press it, but it seems unresponsive. I am not sure if others are having the same problem.

Pearly✭✭✭That doesn't work for me either, and shouldn't be the intended use anyways. You don't have to press capital X to use a synergy, or capital E to interact with something.0
