Achievement "Root of the Problem" in Veteran Moon Hunter Keep

The Achievement, in which you have to avoid the Lurcher boss's root attack does not work apparently. We have tried the achievement and succeeded several times and we did not get the achievement. We met the requirements both when we did the boss for the first time after the start of the instance and also after resetting the boss. Are there any other hidden requirements that need to be met?

✭This is one achievement that needs to be done on first pull. So if you fail it in the first try, you have to reset the whole instance, resetting boss fight won't be enough. Don't know if it's intended but it's been like this for a long time and it's also how we did it.
So maybe you failed in the first try and didn't notice it? If not, then it sounds like a new bug.PC|EU0 -
