I can't get into the Markarth DLC area? Is it because of the crown store being down?

I have ESO+ so I should have access to the new area.

When I try to enter it however I get an error "You do not meet the requirements."

I take it until the store comes back online I will not be able to enter?

Well I think if I am experiencing this, then many others are probably experiencing the same thing.

Normally there is a banner up top or tweet to help people but today I think nobody is around to do anything. Not even the forum is working properly as it's still broken and typing this is next to impossible. I am randomly clicking on the screen trying to figure out what clicks the window and post reply buttons.

Yeh, the door from Western Skyrim into the Reach needs to be fixed. You can't get into the Reach that way at the moment.
