    Since none of the other ones are dungeon, then it will most likely be a final boss in a dungeon that takes over an hour to complete, can't be soloed and will have a drop rate of 0.000001% 😉

    there is no group dungeon though, only the Vateshran, which is solo?

    I'm not sure what is and isn't in The Reach (xbox here) but could be safeboxes, psijic portals, overland mobs or arena from what I can tell based on previous mythics.

    yeah was just messing around, lul. I believe it must be vateshran arena, since this is the only instanced lead.

    same can confirm that it doesent drop in vateshran.
    It must be quest/nodes/random mobs/chests or something unknown

    Harrowstorms in the reach? They are yet to put out decent incentive to do harrowstorms...

    I tried the world boss many times on PTS, but it never dropped. I also did all of the delves once.

    Not that I noticed while on the PTS. I did go into a haunted house type place in the black reach section of the zone. I couldn't go all the way through it, so I assume you need a quest... That might be worth checking out, it's most likely part of the main story though...

    People have been trying to find this the entire PTS. It's probably like that one lead with Malacath that was labeled incorrectly and Blobs found it in IC. Or just bugged, b/c that's happened several times.

    It is on a table in Nighthollow Keep in Blackreach. It looks like a letter or a note. There is a cooldown so if one person reads it and grabs the lead, the next person will need to wait until it respawns.

    Looks like it is shared between all players in the instance with a respawn timer if someone gets it before you do. I was lucky to grab it fast as soon as it respawned and left some angrybois behind. I have a feeling there will be quite a crowd there soon.

    For what it's worth, that Lead is not currently refreshing as often as intended and should be fixed in the next incremental.

    Well, the only one left is the one from the world boss, unable to be at the top12 with my pvp gear. Gonna check later tonight.
