Upcoming stat changes - Crit / Penetration

I've noticed the new sets state "offensive penetration" etc.

Are the old sets being changed to reflect this?

Will Skoria be "offensive penetration" or still only "spell penetration"?

Not everything, a lot of older sets are keeping their single penetration bonuses.
For now at least. We even have a new set with physical penetration only.

Should've just called it armor pen. Would be cool if pen was one stat like breach and resolve now give both. Mag builds could use weapon ults and for example corrosive, and stam builds can finally use more class ults.

Pretty sure "Offensive Penetration" including both is just for sets that are hybrid (the ones that gives Spell and Weapon damage).

For sets that remain exclusively Mag/Stam it is still Physical/Spell Pen. At least it was like that in the first weeks of PTS.
