Dungeon Finder Broken

I do several random normals every day. Recently I have gotten jump failed because you are not high enough level or do not have enough champion points. So the activity finder is grouping me for random normal then not transporting me. I try to travel to player, travel there myself from wayshrine to dungeon, travel to different zone then try all that again, nothing works. If I get kicked for not being there or leave group I am penalized with a cool down to use activity finder for random dungeon. This is insult to injury. Please fix this!
