I play ESO on XBox. The announcement message on the opening screen currently says that the Witches Festival event ends on “Monday, November 3 at 10AM EST”. This is incorrect. Normally I’d ignore it, but with this being an election year I think it should probably be fixed. Thank you.

    Thank you

Now, if we could just get that kind of prompt reaction and attention with all of the other issues that players have endlessly discussed and made ZOS quite aware about for literal YEARS...now that, THAT would really change the mindset of the majority.

...at least that date typo will be fixed in the meantime :D

Monday is DLC drop day. Chances are you'll not play a lot on that day. :D

What does that have anything to do with a typo?

If we travel fast enough we might be able to cross the datelines. Maybe this is why Zos limits our max speed.

Maybe someone is really bad with days and the last thing they remember was reading something saying the 3rd was Monday, and they think that’s Election Day? 🤷

November 3rd is election day in the US. Stating that November 3rd is the Monday on the announcement could cause confusion for players about which day is election day.

Haven't heard that anywhere, @linuxlady ... a link to the source would be appreciated.

Perhaps best if they miss to vote?

There are a number of reasons why people might get confused about days but still be fully capable of making a sound decision as to who they wish to vote for. 🙄

It is most likely not to make a "patch day" in the last day of the event, as Markarth is scheduled to launch on Monday (November 2rd) so there will be a server maintenence.
