AOE test going live in Markath?

Will one of the AOE performance test scenarios be implemented with this DLC?

What were the actual results measured during the testing?

They're running a few more tests on live, and then all tests will stop on the release of Markarth, and then they're going to analyze the data and start coming up with something.

If they do something major to AoEs, there's a decent amount of rebuilding that will be needed for some classes, so they need to have time to set that up. We'll probably hear something with update 29 around June of next year.

Thanks just waded through that. Good Lord! So nothing worked and they are going to try everything.

October 26 – November 2:

Shared global AoE cooldown with a 3 second timer
Group size limited to 12 in Cyrodiil
Ally-targeted abilities only applied to group members
Global ramping cost per successive AoE cast by 50%/100%/150%
Regen decrease per successive AoE cast by 33%/66%/99%

in my opinion i think it should be for groups instead of everyone because this effects solo players as well

The problem is the one method that can fix it, is also the one method they won't countenance (at least not on a long-term manner).
