The berries for this disappeared from my collections a while ago but I forgot about it until now.
Thought that it may reappear when event started but they still not there.

✭✭If you bought them in a previous event, you weren't supposed to. They were bugged and removed. You may have to send in a ticket to CS to clear that up.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭The 'empty' / greyed out spaces weren't in my collections menu (I don't know if they were there before, I don't remember looking) but I was still able to buy the berry and that did show up in my collection. That one berry was then correctly marked as purchased but the second one is still available for me to buy when I have enough tickets.

I have not bought them yet,not previously and not this time, because there is no collection/fragments tab for the crimson mount. So I wonder what will happen if i buy them now. Will they suddenly appear, or will i lose tickets?

Tai-Chi✭✭✭✭At the close of the last event, I had in my collections:-
1 x Mossheart Indrik
2 x Crimson berries
Yesterday I discovered that all the above items were missing.
The 4 x Mossheart berries appear to have been refunded but the Nascent Indrik, for morphing purposes, has vanished.
I purchased the Sapling pet Indrik, so as not to loose any tickets and that is still in Collections. This was purchased after I had already morphed the Mossheart Indrik.
I submitted a bug report, ref: 201023-001002
NB I wanted to take out a CS Ticket but was sent round in circles and asked to do things that were either not possible or they did not pertain to the problem I had. In the end, I gave up trying to contact Customer Support.

Current event is the first event of the 4th quarter and the first event to feature Crimson Berries. The previous event was the Lost Treasures featuring the Sapling Indrik pet and all Mossheart Berries. There were only greyed out spaces for Crimson Berries during previous events (they disappeared for some reason with the start of current event).The Three Storm Sharks, episode 8 released on january the 8th.

I was thinking the same. I'm pretty sure I completed the mossheart indrik last event.

shows no crimson indrik nor frags. i know i have two but don't know which. to add to that, event seller allows me to buy the frags but i don't want to buy the two i already own.
