But what is funnier, is that in BGs I was killed by a player who wore Sheer+Syvarra and then he tbag me. Only thing he did was spam Poison Injection and then Cloak, waiting for his sets to kill me (they did more than 80% of dmg). After a while, I killed him and tbag him back. And then he whispered me, calling me "useless 1-skill player"when he was the one spamming 1 skill and using proc sets. I mean, not only these sets ruin PVP but also give the illusion to bad/mediocre players that they are actually good.
To be honest, where I do use proc sets 100% of the time is when defending a keep against massive zergs of stacked enemies because the aoe dmg. Really helps with defending and completing 40 player quest fast. :-)
lol literally something similar happened to me. Someone kills me with his entire group (12-15 people) and he bags me, i whisper him, and then he tells me i got *** on in a 1v1, when literally all he did was snipe me from far away, when i had guard debuff on me, and i died to his procs. lol, good 1v1 right there.

Let him live in his fantasy world.
If PvP were naked with no classes, skills, gear, weapons or groups, PvPers would still find something to complain about.
It has always been and will always be this way.
Proc sets help newer inexperienced players. It brings more people to pvp. There are tons of complain threads about Cyrodiil being empty and sewers dead etc. I think its healthy for pvp and gives casuals a chance.

You have to be super skilled to use it:

Proc sets have always been around though. Now since they’re more prominent they’re a cancer?

ZOS recently significantly increased the damage and removed the percentile chance on nearly every non-monster proc set. They've also added a few new, very strong proc sets. This is why they are more prominent, and yes they are bad for PVP. This isn't a meta shift dreamed up by players, this is ZOS driving the meta with changes they've made through patches.
