Where do I find the Housing Editor?

I'm not real good at this yet, but I wound like to change my Primary Residence from 1 home to one I just aquaried. Any help would be much appreciated.

airie✭✭✭✭@cluanaidh for pc:- travel to the home to be set as primary residence
- press F5
- press R
- select the Settings tab
- select Make Primary Residence
