Where do I find the Housing Editor?

I'm not real good at this yet, but I wound like to change my Primary Residence from 1 home to one I just aquaried. Any help would be much appreciated.

@cluanaidh for pc:

• travel to the home to be set as primary residence
• press F5
• press R
• select the Settings tab
• select Make Primary Residence
