This is RIFT get out of these ESO threads right now, what does this have to do with ANYTHING? Also this is the customer support thread, for people who need actual assistance with actual problems, not stupid stuff like whatever this pathetic attempt to bash the ZOS TEAM IS.

And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.
I don't think that level of communication is needed unless an downtime goes beyond the initial stated period.
If ZOS say "Downtime will be approximately two hours" then it starts to seem it will go beyond that they can post "Downtime will be extended for another hour due to x"
During out of schedules downtimes due to server faults, or maintenance which wasn't during a set time I think they do need to work on communication a little more, and make sure that information is more visible.
TBH I would like to see a dedicated page on the website for News, Blogs and Patch notes rather than trying to cram as much as possible into the forums.
