Will there be Buff to befoul CP?

With the nerf of defiles, the befoul CP will be useless if you will not buff the percentage per point spent. Current % were ok when used with 15% and 30% defiles, puting points was rewarded with stronger defiles. But with this significant nerf to defiles, this CP star is now out of the question. Consider this please.

and honestly there is no need of buffs for any CP additions. CP already does a lot.1
