It's just like a DKs main thing is fire, not stone.

Let's bring an more well riched and amplified scenario where all tastes could be nicely matched creating a more diverse combat atmosphere.

They already have a frost damaging attack and their fire based skills coud be made frost with no real effort and the player wouldn't even notice since BB doesn't trigger fire procs and no one uses skull anyway.

Doesn't mean that we can't get a 5th viable interesting and useful damage skill that does frost damage, along with changing all animal companions skills to deal frost damage, they'd still be spirit animals, just with slightly different and very useful effects, it's still warden magic in the end. And given how much of a problem arctic blast is in pvp with health stacking, it's a fantastic candidate. There is truely no argument why frost magic shouldn't be featured more prominently on magicka warden, especially given the damage identity that it would bring to this barren subclass in the middle of an identity war with stamden.
Also, not to mention that frost is one of the 3 major elder scrolls elements where earth magic isn't considered one.

I really like this idea. The Warden is essentially a reverse sorc when it comes to pets. Temporary ones for skils and a permanent one for an ultimate. Most sorc pets do shock damage so making the mag based warden pets do frost damage wouldn’t be too unusual and would make playing a cryromancer more interesting.
