Appearance change tokens need to be removed. Most MMOs let you change your appearance later on for free (or gold) and it's not a good look on ESO that you need to pay actual money for that.
Race and name change tokens I can get behind, although I think they are ovepriced, but mere appearance changing should be made available for free.
Where is the Face Sculptor when you need her?
While I agree that appearance change should have a gold cost if any at all, but none of the MMOs that I've played (GW2, SWL, BDO) offer that without charging money.

Blizzard, I repeat.. Blizzard.. of ALL the companies is offering sex change with gold come next week. If they want to milk us more, so be it, but do it right, give me a hair color pack and call it a day for crying out loud! The super aggressive monetization of ESO really hurts my nips.FangOfTheTwoMoons wrote: »Definitely something that shouldn't cost money. ZOS doesn't care what we think, they just want our money.
Its honestly sad. Most of the major MMOs today let you change your hair/hair color for free. Having to pay money for a complete makeover is understandable, but just to change hair? It's silly.

in both BDO and gw2 you can get hairstyle changes and even whole appearance changes with ingame money. in gw2 by changing it to gems, and in BDO in the store for log ins currency. and wasn¿t there a barbershop in SWL?
