Appearance change tokens need to be removed. Most MMOs let you change your appearance later on for free (or gold) and it's not a good look on ESO that you need to pay actual money for that.
Race and name change tokens I can get behind, although I think they are ovepriced, but mere appearance changing should be made available for free.
Where is the Face Sculptor when you need her?

While I agree that appearance change should have a gold cost if any at all, but none of the MMOs that I've played (GW2, SWL, BDO) offer that without charging money.

in both BDO and gw2 you can get hairstyle changes and even whole appearance changes with ingame money. in gw2 by changing it to gems, and in BDO in the store for log ins currency. and wasn¿t there a barbershop in SWL?

We need to pay crowns for everything now because people dont want to play for free.

I dont think it is an oversigh but instead, they are content keeping it behind appearance change token as long as there are not that many complains about it and there really has to be quite a bit of complaining before things change, because some people just pay for anything because they have no idea abpout worth of money.

I'm voting for barber for game gold, even with high prices like 10-30k - let's make it a legit gold sink. However I really don't like idea of using gear dyes because it will be another step to make everything esthetic uglier. We have bright, shiny, pastel colors of mounts, pets nad gear, really don't need add hair to this circus.

In another topic I saw video from Cyrodill beginnings and it was fantastic - dozens of players and mainly brown and grey colors. Maybe it was lacking some color but that was so much better than today with all flashy colors everywhere like in some asian MMO...

I'd also like to be able to have really short imperial male hair on my females, but for reason unbeknownst to me and the community we can't.

Definitely something that shouldn't cost money. ZOS doesn't care what we think, they just want our money.

Its honestly sad. Most of the major MMOs today let you change your hair/hair color for free. Having to pay money for a complete makeover is understandable, but just to change hair? It's silly.

I'd love to have Contraband Violet hair.

    Oooh or transliminal violet.

Blizzard, I repeat.. Blizzard.. of ALL the companies is offering sex change with gold come next week. If they want to milk us more, so be it, but do it right, give me a hair color pack and call it a day for crying out loud! The super aggressive monetization of ESO really hurts my nips.

OK, I forgot about the loyalty appearance change in BDO. Although, at 1400 loyalty, you'd be better off getting a 1-day value pack to change the appearance of multiple characters AND do other stuff the value pack allows you to. But note that in ESO, if we subscribe, we get crowns that we could use to buy appearance change tokens as well.

I tried to find a way to change appearance in SWL and couldn't find it.

I don't accept the "trading gold for gems" as "not spending money". Someone spent money. It just wasn't you. In the same vein, you could trade gold for an appearance change token in ESO and also say it's "free".
