Made a new character and have none of my crown items?

Hey all,

Quick question - My main is like CP 600 something on NA. I made a new character on the EU server to play with a friend.

It said that my character wasn't shared and that's fine - I get why things like Champion Points and my craft bag would not cross over

But crowns are account wide so...my crown items should be also, yes? I'm not able to access any of my cosmetic items or my housing that I paid for with IRL cash. That seems very weird to me, considering that I can access my current crown balance.

Am I experiencing a bug...or is this intended for some reason?

    Crown store items aren't across servers or platforms, but chapters and things that came with them are (not sure about class upgrades or chapters a year later bought through crown store). It would be nice if all crown store items (houses, cosmetics, upgrades etc.) and collectibles (from crates, quests, antiquities etc.) were across servers, but they aren't, yet anyways; Maybe ZoS'll do that eventually.

    I don't understand that, because I did receive the cosmetic and mount that I got for the greymoor pre order...but nothing from my Elsweyr pack. So how does that work?

    Yes, but so did my Greymoor one. This was just today. I've had Greymoor since launch.

    I mean, this is just an alt, so at the end of the day it's fine, I guess I'm just surprised.

    I only wanted to wear my dresses 😩

    Did you pay for Greymoor in cash and Elsweyr with crowns? Generally, stuff paid for with cash outside game exists across both megaservers, but stuff purchased in-game with crowns only exists on the megaserver where the purchase was made.

    I paid for both through Steam, and all my crown purchases are also made through Steam 😕
