New idea to buff Khajiit racial

Instead of 10% critical damage, change it to 10% sneak damage and add 15% movement speed while stealthing. Make Khajiit the stealth race.

    That is so much worse. I would take Guaranteed 10% crit damage any day over sneak and movement speed.
    If anything they should change to 7% crit damage and 3% crit chance.

    That change will make Khajiit even worse in PvE DPS. On the lore bonus peak for the race, sure, but don't trade damage for some stealth stuff.

    Give Khajiit critical chance instead like the first iteration of Wrathstone PTS. That change to critical damage was horrible.

    There is enough roleplay passives already, no need for another one on a useful spot. I'd say bring crit chance back, maybe a bit down tuned but it was the best time for the race overall.

    The Sneak speed passive would be a nice replacement for the current Roleplay perk of 5% Pickpocket Chance. It would also better synergize with the Sneak Detect Range reduction.

    But the other part is a nerf, as others have said.

    I love the critical damage bonus for PvE and PvP. It's unique but not overpowered. If they wanted to buff the race, they could increase the Max Stamina & Max Magicka or Stamina Recovery & Magicka Recovery

    For PvP, critical damage is a unique buff. For PvE, it scales well with the crit meta and can save you some CP points. Critical chance scales poorly in PvP because of crit resistance, so I prefer crit damage

    The problem is that crit damage relies on crit chance. If the tone down crit chance they need to buff the Khajiit damage bonus.
    Then there is the new Band of Malacath meta but fixing that is beyond the kitty racial problem.

    I think it would be better to slightly increase the tri stats it get (like 1000 - 1200 each) and it would be also a good buff if the 10% critical bonus apply to heals.

    TBH, there is no need for a stealth race, NB are strong enough in pvp and are already an issue.

    Oakiyo, the 10% already applied to heals. The issue is that 10% crit dmg does not compare remotely things like 254 weapon/spell damage.

    Khajiit are already "the stealth race" because they are the only ones with a bonus related to stealth at all. Bosmer got theirs unjustly taken away after all.

    The reason stealth damage was removed was because it is too niche to be useful in PvE and too strong in PvP on gankers.

    I'd say we should wait for the final iteration of crit changes and see in what spot Khajiit will end up in and see from there.
    This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

    No offense to op, but that proposed change would be a hefty nerf to Khajiit overall. It would further pigeonhole their strengths into ganking in PvP, a playstyle which ZoS seems to be constantly nerfing into oblivion. In PvE, that change would only be semi-decent for thievery which is only a solo roleplay thing and doesn't bring anything to dungeons and trials.

    In my opinion Khajiit really only need a buff to their health at this time so that they have better food choices. I may approve a change from the increased critical damage/healing to an increase in damage done and healing done depending on how the upcoming nerfs to critical chance coming in a future update but we don't know enough about that yet.
