Buff Wood Elf Passive Pen?

With all the pen buffs, can Wood Elf get some love?
Necros get 1500 pen just for having a Gravelord ability active(16 sec on archer/ mage and than the blastbones spam).
Nightblades during this pts are getting 3k pen while flanking.
Master Assassin: This passive now increases your Physical and Spell Penetration against targets you are flanking by 1487/2974, rather than your Weapon and Spell Damage against them by 129/258.

Wood Elfs have to roll dodge every 6 sec to get the same pen as a necro for shorter duration and half from this new nb change while they can just flank a target.

Yes, also since the Serpent got a buff that the Bosmer passive did not. I think bringing up the Penetration brings Bosmer closer to Orc if not equivalent.

This argument has been played out plenty of times. We may never know why zos tied an offensive passive to a defensive high cost mechanic, that to build for pigeon holes you into inefficient builds. Somehow we started with Orc being on top by a long shot and it would be hard to say to run anything else on the majority of stam builds.

Personally the speed on the roll makes sense, the pen could easily have been 1000 and constant so the race could be used in pve at least.

To play into the roll dodge cost issue, no matter what you attempt to build into someone who can just stand there and run lines of damage instead will win in the end and require less apm. That goes without bringing up how many gcds you lose compared to any other build.

I personally love new bosmer but combat team stated that they want to increase sustain across the board and we saw some changes already which makes bosmer way inferior to other races inevitably. Not talking how it's a bad idea overall and it's implementation but if so wood elf can definitely lose some power budget on sustain for an offensive buff now alongside with all sustain races that will be useless completely now as it is.

Lol no wood elf already has the best sustain out of all the stam races by far and 10% movement speed the pen is just a nice added touch if you happened to build it as a roller. Other races that actually need to be buffed are Khajiit and Redguard. Would gladly trade the 15% snare reduction for pen or movement speed or crit damage that still is outperformed by Orc

Wood elf don't need any buffs. Funnily enough changes to major/minor endurance on PTS update are a big buff for wood elf.

Races definitely need to be looked at again in my opinion, and it's probably not a popular one but I think we need to get rid of immunities to status effects.

Especially concerning Nord, Wood elf and Dark elf, while I think Wood elf and Dark Elf should be compensated, I don't think Nord should be.

Specifically why I say we should remove them when concerning those 3 races is because of how it disproportionately effects dragonknights and wardens. Dark elves can really shut down Magdk's magicka return, and so can Wood elves with Stamdk's stamina return due to how the DK's combustion passive works.

When it comes to Nord, Nord can completely ignore minor brittle(yes I tested), chilled's minor maim and warden's glacial presence, negating about 20% critical damage, which is honestly too much, plus more in general from the element due to the inherent resistances to frost and spell damage.

Khajiit feels a bit weak, and i think it could do with having it's max stats rounded up to 1000. Other than that i think most races are alright, Argonian could use a little buff, and perhaps redguard could be looked at, but I don't play with that race, so i can't really say anything about it.
