Shadowstrike passive from "The Shadow" breaks Thrassian Stranglers (drops all Sload Stacks)

If you have 120 or more champion points spent in "The Shadow" constellation it unlocks the Shadowstrike passive. When this passive triggers it causes all Sload Stacks to be wiped out. This bug was introduced when the mechanism to prevent exploitation of Stealth mechanic in PvP was added.
Please fix so that this passive ability does not wipe out all Sload Stacks.

(Unlocked at The Shadow Rank 120) After killing a target with a Heavy Attack, enter Stealth for 2.5 seconds. This can only happen once every 5 seconds

I understand the intent was for the stacks to drop when you go invisible. But, that was to prevent exploitation in PvP by player classes who can control their invisibility or those using potions. As well as the ability to force the sloads to drop by crouching if the players wants to not suffer the debuff penalty.
This behavior of droping the stacks because of the random 2.5s shadowstrike passive (which you can't disable if you have 120 in shadow tree) doesn't serve any meaningful purpose. I would hope the developement team would agree this should be excluded from the "drop stacks if you go invisible" mechanism. Especially in PvE.0 -
