What do we get for digging right now during the event?

Is there any bonus loot for doing digs right now? Is it provinces restricted? Do i get any bonuses for digging at all or are the rewards of digging the same as non-event?
If the rewards for digging is the new house and the NPC then i'l just stick to dailies and farming resources.
Is there new leads i'm unaware of during the event? If so how do i get them? The event descriptions on the main website were pretty vague on this part.
I did a few digs and didn't notice anything different at all, and if there is no difference, what would be the incentive to want to dig other than a world wide reward progress bar that i care very little about.

✭✭✭✭✭There is nothing new from the digs at the moment. The community event (house, guest, etc.) are the only rewards and they will either be earned or unearned by everyone collectively.1 -
