Seemingly 100k health werewolves at the resistance cap, the best heal in the game, and oh yeah still deal very high damage with the best stun in the game with access to the best major buffs all for an infinite duration.

How much longer?

    all that on top of high mobility without investing anything on speed and a gap closer that deals execute damage .overall a complete toolkit on one single bar .

    It can be ridiculously good if built right, normally that would end up being a downside while not in form, but as form lasts nearly forever it isn't exactly an issue.

    Already has been. Defiled was nerfed to the ground. If you even thought about playing WW you’d know that just crippled it tremendously when you consider what you have to give up to sustain it

    Already has been. Defiled was nerfed to the ground. If you even thought about playing WW you’d know that just crippled it tremendously when you consider what you have to give up to sustain it

    Well you give up using all your class skils for one. I don't play a werewolf, but that is exactly why I'm not interested in them.

    Forms like Vamp Lord and Goliath allow you to continue playing with the same skills, just extra benefits on top, those are more my style..

    Beyond that, I don't really know what they're alluding to. Their skills cost more yes, but you also get more regen from synergy's (higher resource pool), more regen from heavy attacks, more damage overall and higher resistances.

    But again, I don't play werewolf, they seem fine to me now that defiles have been nerfed, let them have their time in the sun, would be nice if vamps did too.

    You have to run whole sets just to sustain a huge 25% cost increase on all skills, and it’s melee only

    But again, I don't play werewolf, they seem fine to me now that defiles have been nerfed, let them have their time in the sun, would be nice if vamps did too.

    You get more damage bc you can’t buff yourself with ult or other dmg buffs, good luck getting a successful 5m dodge able heavy attack (that takes twice as long and is very telegraphed), lol higher resource pool is a joke when you start to get low. You get 7% more tankiness than the next person as the first 6000 resistance is attributed to what you don’t get from your major resistances

    I know it’s cool to hate on the things you don’t play but try it seriously... against non pugs and you’ll see the downsides your spreadsheet isn’t showing you.

    Well, every tryharder on cyro ps4 eu is running werewolf, imagine running with 40k hp, great pressure, tankyness, great heals and 30% bonus speed. There is a reason cyro is filled with them, and it's really boring to fight them.
    It would be almost balanced if you couldn't stay transformed forever, but it's not the case.

    When you say other damage buffs, you mean those that are better than major brutality, major fracture, minor courage, major savagery, major berserk, 18% more weapon damage and 30% more stamina? Because quite honestly if you are running better damage buffs than those somehow, that's amazing. Not to mention easy 100% uptime of both minor and major defile.

    As far as survivability goes, the 4.8kish resists (factoring the loss of maj resolve), combined with the 10% reduced damage helps quite a bit, in heavy you'd be at the resist cap, plus the 10% on top of that (which amounts to 5% more dmg reduction I think). Minor maim for some more dmg reduction.

    Heavy attacks are 7m not 5m. The abilities while more expensive are not crazily so and well worth it.

    Going by my stamdk heavy armor build (7 HA, eternal vigor, 7th BB, Agility FB, malacath) Dizzying tooltip is 11k for 2295 stam, howl of agony is 14.2k +25% if feared or facing you for 2869 stam.
