why can't we buy greymoor from crown store?

I mean they are 50% off right now.. i don't think crown every goes up to 50% off... so why do we have to wait an entire year to buy it with crown? am very much confused..

✭✭✭✭✭Because they want new money for new content, not 50% off for the content on top of the 40% discount you bought the crowns for last April.
They had to pay the people to make the content, they dont get paid in crowns at half off their salary.

✭✭✭✭✭New chapters traditionally remain cash only until the next chapter comes out. I suspect it's for the reasons posted above. They want cash now, not a bunch of ESO+ players who saved 2 - 3 months of crowns skipping that cash payment.3 -

Were Greymoor available in the crown store, you would only have access to it on the server you bought it on. I found this out the hard way with a DLC purchase on EU, not available to me in NA.Favourite NPC: Wine-For-All
