A City in black still broken

I know it's not in the patch notes, but.

The Investigate the Bjoulsae Queen leg of the "A city in black" quest is still not spawning the crew members I need to kill to take a key from.

Yup, didn't spawn for me either. But if you take the intimidate skill, you can get the key from the captain instead and progress the quest.

really? we're being forced to spend skill points we don't want to because they can't fix a quest? that's really not acceptable. I will not be taking that skill. How about you fix your quest, instead?

I agree whole hartedly. But, of the three options I chose the one that would let me finish the quest and keep playing.

Those are two of the most entertaining perks in the game, for the dialog they open up.

I had the same issue and I wonder if it's because when you're meant to find the sailors the hold is already accessible - though the handmaiden is not there - so the game assumes you have the key already??? Yeah, I was also frustrated at having to take a perk I'd not intended to.

If that is the only way to finish this quest, then it's not going to get done by me. I will not take a perk that does not fit my character for the soul purpose of finishing a quest.

Same here! I am not taking a perk I don't want just to circumvent a bugged quest!

I've had enough of broken quests and bugs to last me a lifetime. Seriously! Never in all my mmo years have I had to write this many bug reports! They have until the ninth when my thirty days run out to get their BLIP together or they'll have one less subscriber to worry about.

I've done everything in Bangkorai except this quest and its follow-ups, and I've even had time to reach and complete Coldharbour and I am now nearing the end of the first Veteran zone. This is a serious bug that blocks off the main Bangkorai questline, and I'm really upset that ZOS hasn't mentioned anything concerning this issue...

Edit: The crew members spawned for me as of version 1.0.7, even though I found nothing in the patch notes about the fix...weird...

The point here is that you NEED to do this quest to progress from VR1-5 content to VR5-10 content if you are Ebonheart.

it has cost me per 14k gold to reset my skills.

It was the INTIMIDATE skill option I was offered by the Captain I had to use instead of get a key from a crew member.

I have asked for the gold to be reimbursed but hey .. what chance have I got of that.

I have now cancelled my six month sub for the second time.
