I can't find information when the NDA ends for PTS materials about Markarth.
I would be very grateful for the information.
For now, I assume that the NDA is valid until the premiere.
I know it may be a stupid question, but recently it was different with the NDA and you could show the content before the premiere.

✭✭✭✭✭There has only been an NDA for Morrowind, Summerset and Elsweyr I believe. The DLC releases were never under NDA.
However there is a mutual understanding that you are not going to spoil the story to anyone after playing through it on PTS.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.3 -

That said, if you plan on creating content or making posts, it might be nice to include a spoiler tag if you're showing the main quest or arena so others don't accidentally read something they don't want to see (this is just general advice and not a mandate).
