Can i have my crowns transferred?

I have just switched from XBOX to PC and having to start all over again, I was CP713 which is a little frustrating but I don't mind too much. The question is can I have my crowns debited from my XBOX account and credited to my PC account. Both are linked to the same ESO main account so it should be possible, it would be frustrating if I have to leave 20,450 crowns behind.
My 4 Million Gold and anything else I can salvage would be nice too :-)
