OK this is gonna be confusing but bare with me lol ..I have the Lunar house and tried to put the second stone on the on the Alter of betrayal but lost it inside the Alter, then i went to go in the original room i had opened but cant enter, and now i can only enter the cradle room which i never opened before, im confused too lol, so the original room ive decorated is unable to be used. HELP!!

i have submitted tickets about this but have had no help or support.

When in yout house, press F5 to enter the edit mode. Then press 'R' to enter your furnishing gallery. On this windows, there will be a tab where you can see all your placed furnishings and retrieve then pressing a button. But I don't remember the tab's name.

The items are in a room i cannot access, also ive lost the alter of betryal stone which would have allowed me to open another room, why are the ppl at ESO not contacting me about this problem, the lunar home now to me is useless!

Aren't all of those stone / tablets always available under "Services" when you are in the housing editor (even in houses where they don't have any effect)?

The "retrieve by name" menu does not care. You can pick up stuff placed anywhere in the house, in any room.

All 4 areas here exist in one large open zone so while in any section, you have access to all the furniture in any of the 4 areas/rooms. The tablets should be available to you from your 'retrieve' menu under 'services'
