Although Gina said the pet would start going out as soon as the stream was over, she also stressed that it would be a slow process. The news announcement said the pet was "to be delivered by Monday, September 21," which could either mean before Monday or before Tuesday, depending on how you interpret "by."I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

VerboseQuips✭✭✭✭✭Haven't yet, but I am a bit confused. In the announcement article, they said it would be sent our way on Monday, then during the stream they said first that the torchbugs would be sent right after the stream ends, then they said it might take time to send them all. I am not too worried yet, I think I'll wait after Monday's maintenance and then, if I haven't recieved anything, I'll send a ticket. :-)
The stream was awesome, by the way, they had a lot of good surprises in stock for us.

I have the same issue as kiksadi. Got the email saying the pet has been applied to my account (no mention of a crate), but it's not in my collections and manually redeeming the code gives an error message.0 -
